Return & Exchange Policy

- Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product received is defective or damaged.

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging at +91 8555830609 or write to us at contact@mynaah.in with your order details, shipping address, date of purchase.

- If you wish to exchange with a different size or return any product, please get in touch with us over phone or email us within 2 days from the date of delivery. 

- To be eligible for a return or exchange the product must be unused, unaltered, in the same condition as received, and with the original tags and packaging.

- Customers are responsible for all the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the item received is damaged or defective. 

- The End of season sale or sale items are not applicable for return or exchange.
